I’m a twenty year old female and my cholesterol’s 230. That, combined with a family history, puts me in the “Very High” risk zone for heart disease. A lot of that number is bad genetics at work, but the recent spike’s a result of the dreaded “Freshman Fifteen” (or in my case, the “Sophomore Twenty!”)

I just found out this evening that I’ve been selected to work as a counselor. At a Christian camp. All summer long. Growing closer to God. Having fun. And getting paid for it.
And yes. I do realize that I’m using a gratuitous number of periods. I think this deserves it. Plus, someone recently suggested a Louie Giglio book to me. I tossed it aside pretty quickly. But...
