For Newcomers to the Tornado Belt
To my friends from Michigan, Oregon, Ohio, and the like… all winter you’ve been laughing at the scene we poor southerners make at the slightest chance of freezing weather. We can’t help it. We’ve been conditioned to irrationally fear ice and snow. Two years ago we dubbed an 8-inch “blizzard” the “Snowpocalypse”.

I am currently sitting on my couch enjoying a day of shameless self-indulgence. So far the itinerary includes experimenting with brightly colored nail polish, a dozen donut holes from the new donut place in town, and a rented copy of Breaking Dawn Part One.
