Knowing that I’d be pretty much broke this semester, I’ve done a pretty good job of not buying clothes this semester. I think my only purchase was a pair of on-sale black pants, which I’d been “needing” for a while and wear at least once a week.
But I’ve desperately needed to restock on a few basics (think boring things like socks and camis), so today I wandered into the dangerous world of online shopping. And then I made the mistake of checking out the sales page. Which was when I saw the most perfect knee-length brown suede skirt at a really reasonable price. And then I had to look for a top or two to go with it. And burgundy tights. And a pair of adorable oxford mary jane pumps. And a necklace for good measure.
The result? I just spent $90 that I’ll try to justify (“But they were on sale!”) but didn’t really need to spend.
At least I’m gonna look cute.
Oh, and here’s the skirt that started it all. Yeah, it looks innocent now….

If thats from H&M then I have that skirt. But if not, then it’s very similar. I still need shirts to go with it….
