Yay for Today!
Today rocked. For about 20 million different reasons, but I’m only going to mention four.
- I got to catch up with my old friend Bethany in the library.
- I called 5 prospective students, and none of them hung up on me! That’s a big deal. But really, these girls I called were awesome. They’re all from Colorado and super sweet and full of personality, and I chatted for about half an hour with each of them about everything from school to youth rallies in Wyoming to my journey from a Biochemistry major to HIstory/Biblical Languages. Days like this make my job seem so much more manageable.
- The first Gamma Gals devo went INCREDIBLY well. I’m so glad that these girls were open-hearted and open-minded and contributed to discussion! It’s going to be a great semester studying Mark.
- I got to skype Derek.
God is good.
